Mission Statement

To provide safe, quality, customer-focused health care to all United States military operating forces as well as occupational health services to eligible military and civilian personnel.

Patient Services

As one of nine Naval Medical Center branch clinics delivering care throughout the Hampton Roads region, BHC NAVSTA Norfolk offers primary and limited specialty care along with related ancillary services.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to a scheduled appointment to facilitate check in; late arrival may require appointment rescheduling. Safe, quality health care delivery requires the provider’s and patient’s full attention; children should only accompany an adult if they have their own appointments. For medical emergencies, contact the emergency services numbers listed below to expedite emergency transport or proceed to the nearest emergency department (currently, DePaul Medical Center). Please do not delay emergency treatment by transporting an individual to BHC NAVSTA Norfolk which does not have an emergency department.

We welcome feedback about your experience at our facility. If we exceeded or did not meet your expectations, please contact our Patient Contact Representative.
